Shri Shiva Mandir
Mandir is open daily for daily rituals such as Abhishek, Aarati etc from 8:00am-12:00 noon, and then 4:00pm-8:00pm during weekdays, 8:00am-8:00pm on weekends/public holidays.
It employs qualified and experienced priests to provide all types of religious/spiritual services as per the scriptures, at the Mandir as well as at devotee’s homes. From time to time Mandir invites religious/spiritual leaders from overseas for the spiritual benefits of the community.
Apart from the presiding deity Sivalingam, other deities such as Nandikeswara, Ganapati, Shakti, Murukam, Ram-Sita –Lakshman, Hanuman, Radha-Krishna, Sandeswara, Mahavir, Jalaram, Navgraha, Bairava, also enshrined at the temple.
Ritual services are conducted daily including Sivalingam Abhishek, pooja for all deities both in the morning and evening followed by Arti. In addition, special poojas are held every Friday, Sunday and Monday. Important festival such as Thai Pongal, New Year, Mahashivaratri, Holika Dahan, Ram Navmi, Ganesh Chaturthi, Navratri, Vijayadashami, Deepawali, Thiruvenpavi, Skanda Shasti are also held year.
